Not satisfied with an item? Regret your order? You can return any product that you buy online from us within 10 days without giving any reason. You will be reimbursed the purchase amount in full.

Note: This service only applies to internet purchases and not to purchases in the RevitalTrax stores.

Return procedure

Returns are only possible if you want to use the 10 day right of withdrawal for internet purchases / remote purchases. The return policy applies only to items purchased through revitaltrax-asia.com

Please note: Items to which the right of withdrawal for internet purchases no longer applies, we will return to the sender unstamped.

Please notify us by email (revitaltrax@medicalpartnerinternational.com) that you intend to return your purchase. 

Revitaltrax

Shipping costs that are charged when returning packages are not reimbursed by Revitaltrax and are for your own account.

We will refund the purchase amount to your bank account no later than 10 days after receipt of your return shipment.

Conditions for returns

• The item was purchased on revitaltrax-asia.com  within the past 10 days.

• The article is still in new, unused condition.
• The item is in the original, undamaged factory packaging.
• You have enclosed the fully completed return form.
